Part of Prepped’s mission is to bring people together with food. So when our customer Emma told us that our Yorkshires had caused a little discord at home, naturally we were concerned.

We’re sorry that the cat’s out of the bag yet glad to hear that the Yorkshires – as well as the rest of the roast – went down famously.
We’re not sure why our Yorkshires are so tasty and why they rise so consistently. Chef Emma uses the same recipe she’s been using for ages. The eggs we’ve been using are from a farm just up the road from our old site at Audley End, the flour is from Emma’s friend Buzz at Mrs. Middleton, and the milk from our favourite cow Daisy and friends. As with so much – in life, as well as food – keeping things simple often gives the best results.
